Fryer rubber roller machines are designed and built right here in our upstate NY factory. These machines are custom configured to your needs. From simple OD grinders to multi axis automatic grooving grinders, we make it all. Our standard CNC lathes provide the foundation and are available in a small 18” swing x 40” centers all the way to a 40” swing x 200” centers.

Overview

The Fryer Rubber Roller Grinders are based on the ultra reliable ET series lathes. These machines feature high precision ballscrews, class 7 bearings and Meehanite casting for accuracy of 0.0002”. Equipped with the Fryer / Siemens CNC they are remarkably easy to use. Simple set up screens lead you through programming for even complex parts. Each machine is built to order and configured to your needs.

CNC Control

Overview

The Fryer / Siemens 828-HS control is designed for ease of use in low volume toolroom and job shop facilities. Simple menu programming and fast set-up keys allow you make one-off parts in half the time of a manual machine. Multi mode operation allows you to use the machine manually, semi-automatic and full CNC mode. Canned cycles and graphic verify make set-up faster and easier.

3D Graphic Simulation
The 828-HS uses sophisticated solid model graphic verification to accurately show what your part will look like BEFORE you cut it. Also choose from wireframe or multiview screen.
